Freezer Beef (2025 Pricing)

Due to current customer demand, we unfortunately cannot guarantee new customers a beef share. We can take your name and number to be added to the current wait list if you remain interested. We will contact those on the wait list, based on list order, for any cancellations leading to availability.

*If you purchased freezer beef from us in 2024, please let us know if you remain interested in a share for 2025. As of now, we have your share reserved pending confirmation. We will also be reaching out to you shortly to confirm your intent for 2025 if we do not hear from you.*

As of February 2025 our current processor fee for processing (set by the processor and is in addition to our price above) is $1.25-1.30 per pound hanging weight. We will update this site should this change.

100 % grass fed, grass finished beef which are bred, born and raised locally on our farm.

Beef processed locally by a UDSA inspected butcher.

Beef will be frozen and vacuumed sealed. Ready for your freezer.

Prices reflect price per pound hanging weight.

Processor charge will be separate. Final weights/cost available at time of processing.

1/4 beef will receive standard cuts noted above. * 1/4 beef does not always have skirt steak/flank steak.

1/2 beef and whole beef may custom order cuts.
